HARARE – The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe has extended the deadline for submission of audited 2020 financial statements from 31 March to June 30, an official SECZIM notice has said. This was a result of strict lockdown measures imposed on the country effective January 5, 2021, leading to a disruption of business operations in Zimbabwe.
Below is an official notice from SECZIM on the submission deadline extension.
